Things you should know prior to scheduling your appointment.
Appointment / Cancellation
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. A credit card number will be required to make a reservation.
Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services to your credit card account.
We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your desired times can be reserved.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.
Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.
Conduct / Etiquette
No cell phones please. We ask that all guests of AQUASPA keep voice levels to a minimum as we have created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Children are only allowed when they are receiving services.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, but no personal checks, please. Tipping is customary and we recommend 15 - 20% of the provided service.
An Important Reminder
Please inform your Aestheticians, Massage Therapists, and Nail Specialist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking,
and any changes since your last treatment.
